About the Role

Arctic Wolf seeks a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about explaining the business value of our solutions with a can-do attitude and infectious energy to support our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. This individual takes pride in their storytelling skills and thinks deeply and thoughtfully about messaging and positioning, B2B cybersecurity trends, and market research, so they can best position our solutions to our MSP Partners. On top of that, they’re never satisfied with the status quo and push to get better every day. They expect to lead market growth at Arctic Wolf by speaking to customers, creating personas, and launching products and promotions. Cross-functional work is in the ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Skills: As a natural storyteller, you regularly take a technical concept and translate it into meaningful business value for a cybersecurity audience.

  • Messaging and Positioning: You enjoy developing value-based stories that catch a buyer’s attention. You regularly develop solution positioning and corresponding messaging that uniquely differentiates a company versus the competition.

  • Market Research and Intelligence: You are an expert on asking the right questions to uncover who buyers are, how they buy, and their buying criteria and translating your knowledge into helpful content to enable across company teams.

  • Product Launch: You enjoy leading Go-To-Market product launches for maximum business success especially across Sales, Marketing, and Partners working with Product Management and Program Management. You know how to manage launch plans and timelines, communications, training, sales enablement, and deliverables for your solution.

  • Sales and Marketing Content Development: Bring your writing and analytics prowess, you deliver compelling content to empower marketing and sales. You’ve created collateral like datasheets, solution briefs, blogs, and presentations before and enjoy enabling sales with talk tracks and internal tools to support the selling process.

  • Project Management: You leverage deep industry experience in cybersecurity and the MSP channel to go from strategic planning to actionable vision in order to execute growth strategies for our MSP channel.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience taking products from conception to market launch in the cybersecurity industry

  • Ability to be flexible on a day-to-day basis with task priority and manage parallel deliverables effectively when required

  • Superior project management and presentation skills

  • Advanced interpersonal skills with superior relationship building capabilities

  • Exceptional interviewing and listening skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated success marketing to and through a partner channel

  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications​​

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, english, social sciences, business or marketing

  • 3+ years of B2B cybersecurity product marketing

  • Ability to travel, passport required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • 1-2 Years of experience in Security Operations solutions as a product marketer

  • Direct Experience with a range of cyber security solutions for Managed Service Providers, such as Endpoint Security and Managed Detection and Response

The base salary range for this job family is 63,000 to 205,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
