Job Description:

Work with module & IC design, field applications, field sales, factory applications and marketing communications to ensure the timely, and successful, launch of new products into the marketplace. Drive pricing strategy for each product, based primarily on the value of its function for any given application. Furthermore, the PMM needs to have input to product data sheets and applications support materials. Work with all inquiries for MPS’ products from our field sales, applications engineers and customers via telephone or electronic communication.

Major focus on Roadmaps, projects, key customer relationships and introduction of MPS to key organizations for other PL’s.
Essential Functions:

  • Strategic Vision for Next Generation module power solutions (focused on Interconnect market)
  • Product launch
  • NPI Supply Chain Management
  • Competitive analysis
  • Troubleshooting issues and problems
  • Q & A from the field and customers
  • Direct customer engagement
  • Travel for customer visits
  • Promotion of the products through advertising, editorials, written articles and other collateral materials (such as data sheets, data books, brochures, selection guides, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Responsibilities include identifying and developing future business in the data center interconnect space
  • 3-6 years experience in Marketing / Applications within an Analog IC Company
  • BSEE Preferred

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position in California is $120,000 - $200,000.
