Lead positioning, messaging, and GTM for DarcyIQ and Forward Deployed Engineering. Drive product launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer case studies, thought leadership, and cross-functional roadmap input. Define KPIs for adoption, pipeline, win-rate, and launch velocity while translating technical offerings into buyer-focused narratives.
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how DarcyIQ and our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) services are positioned, launched, and sold in the market. DarcyIQ is our AI platform that automates the entire consulting lifecycle — from first client call through scoping, proposal creation, and hand-off to delivery. Our Forward Deployed Engineering services embed engineers and architects directly inside customer environments for high-velocity AI and cloud delivery. You'll be the voice of the customer inside our product and services teams, and the voice of our product in the market — turning deeply technical offerings into stories that buyers can't ignore.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and continuously refine positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across DarcyIQ's six product modules (Chat & AI Agent, Meetings Hub, Scoping & Estimates, Document Generation, AI Workflows, MCP Studio) and our Forward Deployed Engineering service line
- Develop GTM strategy for Forward Deployed Engineering — positioning embedded engineering services alongside DarcyIQ and other channel partner solutions as a unified offering for mid-market and enterprise AWS customers
- Own end-to-end GTM for new DarcyIQ features and module releases — from beta through general availability and post-launch optimization
- Build sales enablement that makes our teams unstoppable: pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and ROI calculators for both DarcyIQ and FDE services
- Maintain competitive intelligence across AI sales-enablement, proposal-automation, embedded-engineering, and partner-ecosystem tooling — produce battlecards and win/loss analyses that arm sales
- Source, write, and promote customer case studies and success stories that prove DarcyIQ's validated outcomes — 3X project capacity per engineer, 40% faster time-to-production, 30% quality improvement, and 99.7% customer retention
- Develop thought-leadership content — blog posts, whitepapers, webinar scripts — that positions DarcyIQ and FDE as authorities in AI-powered consulting and embedded engineering
- Serve as the voice of the market inside product and engineering teams, translating customer interviews, win/loss data, and competitive analysis into actionable roadmap recommendations
- Define and track KPIs that matter: adoption and usage growth, pipeline contribution, win-rate lift, enablement asset utilization, and time-to-market for launches
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, or developer-tooling companies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products and services into clear, compelling market narratives — with writing samples or a portfolio to prove it
- Proven track record building sales enablement programs that measurably improved win rates, deal velocity, or seller confidence
- Experience leading cross-functional GTM launches involving product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Experience positioning both a product and a services offering — you understand how to market software and consulting/engineering services as complementary solutions
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, metrics, and making decisions based on evidence rather than gut feel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences and industry analysts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience that proves you can do the job
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem — AWS Partner Network programs, ACE co-sell, AWS Marketplace, funding programs, or Partner Central
- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or similar) or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days
- Experience marketing AI or ML products, particularly platforms that integrate with CRMs, ERPs, or developer tooling
- Background in or exposure to the consulting, MSP, or professional services industry — you understand the consultative sales motion from the inside
- Experience with embedded engineering, staff augmentation, or managed services go-to-market motions
- MBA or technical Master's degree
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau)
