The Opportunity

We aren’t just building software; we are architecting the Legal Operating Intelligence System. Filevine is at a defining inflection point where legal work is being fundamentally reshaped by embedded intelligence. While the industry previously focused on transactional tools for lawyers, we built the tactical backbone for litigators.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the primary execution engine behind Filevine's go-to-market motions, working hand-in-hand with the Director of Product Marketing to drive our market shift. You will take our sophisticated Legal Operating Intelligence capabilities and turn them into highly effective customer-facing assets, product content, and targeted tier-1 through 3 launches. Working directly at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you are responsible for keeping pace with an AI-forward environment where speed wins. This role requires a highly technical, execution-oriented marketer who thrives under tight timelines and loves getting their hands dirty building collateral, analyzing competitors, and helping cross-functional teams move forward together.

Responsibilities

    Product Content & Technical Evangelism

  • Messaging and Positioning: You will own messaging and positioning of the individual products within the portfolio for business partners and stakeholders.

  • Collateral Engine: Author high-impact, foundational product content, customer presentations, pitch decks, feature blogs, and clear value-proposition briefs.

  • Technical Literacy Translation: Take complex, technical AI architectures and LLM capabilities and translate them into intuitive, emotionally resonant customer facing collateral.

  • Flawless Execution: Maintain high-quality craftsmanship while building assets rapidly to match the velocity of our product engineering cycle.

  • Launch Execution & GTM Orchestration

  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure everyone contributes effectively to GTM strategies and hits their respective milestones.

  • Use Case Activation: Deeply understand buyer behaviors to develop and activate Filevine’s core use-case messaging, ensuring our positioning resonates from solo practitioners to enterprise legal teams. Understanding various types of legal practices is a must!

  • Sales Enablement & Battlecard Culture

  • Battlecard Architecture: Conduct ongoing competitive research to build, update, and deploy actionable battlecards and win/loss insights to keep Sales ahead of legacy tech and AI point solutions.

  • Revenue Enablement Support: Support the implementation of comprehensive training programs to ensure Sales, Product Management, and Partner teams can effectively position Filevine’s unique advantages.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally experiencing the high-growth transition from Series C to IPO.

  • AI-Forward Execution & Velocity: Proven experience working in a fast-paced technology or AI environment. You understand that speed wins, and you have a track record of flawlessly executing GTM tasks under tight timelines.

  • Proactive Writer & Practitioner: A stellar portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clear, compelling product content and high-stakes customer-facing presentations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success partnering across product, sales, and marketing teams to execute unified strategies.

  • Analytical & Technical Curiosity: Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, and modern software architectures. Specific familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or legal workflows is highly advantageous.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field.
