We’re building a new model for market research that combines the speed and scale of AI with the strategic expertise of world-class researchers. Our mission is to make high-quality customer understanding faster, more accessible, and more impactful for every business.

Company Highlights

  • Explosive Growth: We’ve more than quadrupled our annual recurring revenue over the past year, demonstrating strong demand for a fundamentally better way to conduct research.

  • Enterprise Traction: Trusted by leading brands including J.Crew, Chobani, DraftKings, and to uncover customer insights and inform critical business decisions.

  • Strong Investor Backing: Raised capital from Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate our mission of transforming the market research industry.

  • Massive Market Opportunity: We’re bringing AI-native technology to a $100B+ global insights industry, replacing slow, expensive research processes with a faster, more scalable approach.

  • Building the Future of Research: We’re expanding beyond software into a new model of full-service insights, combining AI-powered research with expert-led strategy. You’ll be among the earliest hires helping shape this offering.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (4–5 years of experience) to own how Strella packages, positions and launches what we sell. You'll turn our platform and research services into clear offerings that buyers understand right away. You'll report to our marketing lead and work closely with our founders, sales and research teams.

What You'll Do

  • Package our platform and services into clear, compelling offerings, each with a defined audience, outcome, and scope

  • Develop positioning and messaging grounded in real customer insights (using the Strella platform!) and bring it to life consistently across our website, sales materials, campaigns, and product

  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and offerings, from positioning and launch planning through adoption

  • Equip Sales with the narratives, decks, proof points, case studies, and competitive context they need to win enterprise conversations

  • Own competitive intelligence and positioning, helping us clearly articulate where Strella wins and why

  • Stay close to customers and the market to understand evolving needs, use cases, and buying behavior and translate those insights into recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing

  • Drive adoption and expansion within our customer base through lifecycle marketing, including release communications, newsletters, product education, and targeted campaigns

  • Measure what’s working across launches, messaging, and adoption efforts, and continuously refine our approach

You're a Great Fit for This Role if You…

  • Take ownership and are comfortable being the single owner of key workstreams

  • Can zoom out to positioning and narrative, then zoom in on the details of a launch

  • Are a strong organizer who can clearly prioritize and communicate these priorities

  • Have 4–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or at a startup

  • Write clearly and tell a good story

  • Bonus: you've marketed to insights or market research buyers, or packaged a services offering

Why Strella?

  • Make an outsized impact. Work directly with the founders, own high-visibility initiatives, and see your work translate into real business results.

  • Help define a new category. Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-powered research. Shape how Strella goes to market, differentiates itself, and defines the playbook for an emerging industry.

  • Use the product you’re marketing. Put Strella to work in your own role, using real customer insights to test messaging, validate positioning, and make smarter marketing decisions.

  • Grow as we grow. Join a marketing team that’s scaling in 2027, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities and expand your scope as the company grows.

  • Work at the cutting edge of AI. Be part of an AI-native team that experiments with the latest tools and constantly finds better, faster ways to work.

  • Share in our success. Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits.
