About Fellow

At Fellow, we’re on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home. But we’re more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders—we’re a brand built on innovation, community, and culture. We believe great coffee isn’t just about the final cup; it’s about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and education across our portfolio. This person will translate product work into clear, compelling customer content — and ensure we support product success across its full lifecycle, not just at launch.

In this role, you’ll make complicated capabilities simple and compelling, ensuring our products resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll drive successful product launches that are paired with clear, actionable education, helping customers understand not just what we’ve built, but how to get the most out of it. You’ll also advocate for ongoing product support long after launch, maintaining momentum and deepening customer engagement over time. Most importantly, you’ll connect the dots across teams to make sure we’re not just shipping great products, but supporting them in the ways customers actually experience them.

This role will sit on the Marketing team, report to the VP of Marketing, and work closely with product, creative, support, and brand.

This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and requires you to be in-office 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead positioning and messaging within the GTM process for both new and existing products
  • Translate product development inputs (roadmap, user testing, feedback) into actionable creative briefs and education needs
  • Partner with product, support, and creative to execute content across all touch points: in-box, digital, video, FAQ, in-app, etc.
  • Collaborate with wholesale marketing to create and maintain sell-in and sell-through toolkits for wholesale, owned retail, and international partners.
  • Design training tools to support frontline retail staff and distributor education
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment in everything we ship — before and after launch
  • Drive internal clarity on what customers need to know, when, and why
  • Help extend the lifecycle of our products by advocating for continued investment in education and engagement
  • Lead cross-functional brainstorms around novel or underutilized education channels or tactics
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer experience, or brand strategy roles
  • Comfortable working across product, creative, CX, and go-to-market functions
  • Skilled at synthesizing complexity and distilling it into clear, customer-facing outputs
  • Can move quickly and independently, without over-indexing on polish or process
  • Can take a strong brief and run, or build one from scratch if needed
  • Thoughtful communicator who understands nuance and timing — and how messaging affects perception
  • Bonus: experience with connected devices, coffee, CPG, or premium consumer hardware
Why You'll Love This Role
  • Competitive compensation including employee equity plan
  • Generous paid time off plan
  • 401k with company contribution after 6 months of employment
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • Better Yourself Wellness credit & Better Your Community donation matching
  • Monthly Fitness Stipend
  • Summer Fridays
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Generous discount on Fellow products
  • Best coffee anywhere

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000.
