Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform and Financial Services 

Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading SaaS Platform businesses like, Toast, Lightspeed, Fresha and Zenoti. 

SaaS platforms are a key driver of growth for Adyen. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platforms and Financial Services, you will play a critical role in shaping and communicating our embedded finance story to prospective SaaS platform partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop compelling product narratives — Craft clear, differentiated messaging for our embedded payments and financial services offerings, including capital, business accounts, and issuing.
  • Lead content creation — Drive a content-first approach across formats, from video and reports to whitepapers, while finding creative ways to reach and engage our audience.

This role requires a deep understanding of platform partners and their customers. You will play a key part in building Adyen’s platforms narrative and thought leadership, with a focus on creating scalable content, developing co-marketing initiatives, and enabling our platform partners for success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Go-to-market playbooks: Equip commercial teams with ready-to-localize playbooks and campaigns tailored to priority target verticals.
  • Product launches: Lead strategic product launch programs end-to-end, driving progress by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Deeply understand our Platforms: Act as the voice of the platform customer by leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and regional insights to inform positioning and identify growth opportunities and tactics.
  • Demand generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies that enable regional marketing teams to effectively capture and convert demand.
  • Creative, high-impact content:  Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including video, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with global and regional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution. 

Who You Are: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B product/partner/customer marketing, ideally within the fintech or SaaS sectors. 
  • Passionate about continuously testing and learning new approaches, identifying winning strategies, and scaling them effectively.
  • A proven track record of success in a fast-paced company within a changing market, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to overcome challenges.
  • A customer-focused problem solver with excellent research and analytical skills, possessing a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. 
  • Strategic, commercial, and creative thinker who understands the product, thinks commercially, and brings innovative marketing ideas to life cohesively.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing global projects with measurable results. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences. 
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
