About Resolve AI
  • Software maintenance and production troubleshooting have become a massive tax of engineering velocity. Resolve AI is solving this by building a transformative, truly autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex system issues end-to-end.

  • Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

  • We’ve raised over $150M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Greylock, Unusual Ventures, and individual backers such as Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn), and Fei-Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

What You’ll Do

As our Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of Resolve AI’s go-to-market team and the owner of how we tell our story to our enterprise segment around the world. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customers, translating a deeply technical, category-defining product into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll help define positioning, lead launches, and build the foundational Enterprise GTM playbook as we scale. You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to shaping a new category in agentic AI.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and evolve Resolve AI’s positioning and messaging, clearly articulating our value to enterprise buyers: CIO, CTO, and VP of Eng.

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, differentiated narratives that resonate with both hands-on practitioners and decision-makers

  • Support product launches end-to-end, from messaging and content to cross-functional coordination and execution

  • Create high-impact content, including technical blogs, product demos, videos, and thought leadership pieces, to build awareness, credibility, and trust

  • Partner closely with sales to build enablement materials, pitch decks, product narratives, competitive battlecards, and training that improve win rates and shorten sales cycles

  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from users, prospects, and the field, and synthesizing competitive and market intelligence

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to inform roadmap decisions and ensure market insights are reflected in product strategy

  • Partner with Growth Marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth

  • Establish Resolve AI as a trusted, respected brand within the engineering and developer community

  • Continuously measure performance, iterate on messaging, and refine GTM strategies based on data and feedback

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products

  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a talent for turning technical depth into clear, compelling value propositions

  • Ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-moving environment

  • Proven experience marketing to technical audiences such as engineers, SREs, developers, and engineering leadership

  • A strong track record of ownership across launching products and executing successful go-to-market initiatives

  • Deep customer empathy and a strong instinct for understanding real-world pain points

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation teams

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data, metrics, and research to inform decisions and measure impact

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and excitement about building foundational processes from scratch

  • Genuine enthusiasm for Resolve AI’s mission and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company from the ground up

Why Join Resolve AI?
  • Make a Real Impact: Join a mission-driven team tackling complex challenges that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and revolutionize engineering operations.

  • Shape Agentic AI’s Future: Help build the next frontier in enterprise software and define its transformative impact.

  • Own Your Work: Take end-to-end responsibility in your role in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

  • Accelerate Your Career: Grow alongside industry leaders in a fast-paced environment, gaining invaluable experience and opportunities to propel your career to new heights.

  • Competitive Benefits: Competitive Pay Packages with full benefits including:

    • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

    • Monthly Housing Stipend

    • Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off

    • Visa Sponsorship & Immigration Support

    • 401(k) Plan

    • Parental Leave

    • Daily in-office Lunches and Dinners

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
