About the role

As a Founding Product Marketing Manager at Greenlite, you'll define our narrative, arm our sales team with world-class tools, and establish Greenlite as the undisputed leader in AI-powered compliance. This is a career-defining opportunity to own product marketing at a high-growth, vertical AI company with massive market potential—helping banks and fintechs fight financial crime at scale.

You'll work directly with our sales, product, and executive teams to translate our sophisticated AI technology into clear business outcomes and build the messaging engine that fuels our entire go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, sales effectiveness, and our position as the "Trust Infrastructure" for AI in compliance.

This is a core marketing role reporting to the VP of Marketing. You're an exceptional product marketer who understands that financial institutions need clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate business value. You'll lead messaging and positioning, build our sales enablement toolkit, and establish our content engine as we scale. You're not just creating marketing materials—you're making Greenlite the default choice for any financial institution serious about leveraging AI for compliance.

Please Note: We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF office.

What you'll do

Month 1:

  • Immerse yourself in our product, customers, market, and team

  • Conduct deep dives with product and sales teams, interview customers, and audit existing messaging and content

  • Learn the financial crime compliance landscape (KYC, AML, sanctions screening)

  • Shadow sales calls and customer meetings to understand buyer needs and objections

Month 2:

  • Deliver your first set of sales enablement assets, including updated battlecards and new demo scripts

  • Present recommendations for evolving our messaging and positioning

  • Begin building infrastructure for our AI-native content engine

  • Partner with sales to understand what tools will most impact win rates and cycle times

Ongoing:

  • Own and evolve Greenlite's corporate and product messaging for target personas (BSA Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, technical buyers)

  • Create and maintain a full suite of sales tools: pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides

  • Partner with CEO and content team to build and operate an AI-native content engine producing personalized use case content and customer stories

  • Act as marketing lead for product launches, feature releases, and integrated campaigns—writing messaging briefs and coordinating cross-functional execution

  • Be the expert on competitors, buyers, and market landscape through ongoing research and intelligence synthesis

  • Work with deployments team to develop customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and video content from top accounts

  • Track and report on impact of product marketing work on sales pipeline, win rates, and cycle times

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 2 years at an enterprise software company selling to large, complex organizations

  • Experience in a regulated industry (fintech, banking, insurance, healthcare)—you understand buyers operating under intense regulatory scrutiny

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value; experience with AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products a strong plus

  • Master of messaging and positioning who can articulate a unique point of view and build narratives that stand out

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills—you're a storyteller who can craft everything from punchy headlines to detailed whitepapers

  • Track record of successful sales enablement with tools that sales teams love and that measurably improve performance

  • Experience with AI-native content workflows and passion for leveraging new technologies to create content at scale

  • Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with financial crime compliance space (KYC, AML, sanctions screening)

  • Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, Celent)

  • Background in fintech or building messaging for highly regulated industries

About you

You're a product marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and strategic execution. You see messaging and positioning as the foundation of go-to-market success and understand the value of sales enablement in driving revenue.

You understand that effective product marketing means translating sophisticated technology into clear business outcomes while maintaining focus on metrics that matter—pipeline, win rates, and sales cycle times. You're comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, and you want your marketing contributions to have direct, measurable impact on how financial institutions adopt AI to fight crime.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $155k - $175k + equity

  • Performance bonus: 10-15% annual bonus tied to company and personal performance

  • Comprehensive healthcare, 401k matching, commuter benefits

  • 15 days PTO + holidays, unlimited sick days

  • Flexible leave options

  • Professional development budget for conferences, courses, and books

  • Working late? We've got you covered with DoorDash and an Uber home
