Company

Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, Taxbit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. Taxbit’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers’ tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.

Trusted by leading crypto, tech, and traditional enterprises, Big 4 accounting firms, and government agencies (including the IRS), Taxbit solves compliance challenges at scale amidst an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. Taxbit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs with teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Europe.

Opportunity for Impact

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define how we position Taxbit’s global tax compliance platform and enable our sales team to win complex enterprise deals. You will play a critical role in translating Taxbit’s deeply technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. This role partners deeply across product, sales, SMEs and customer teams to drive adoption, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen our position as the category leader in global tax information reporting.

  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and customer-facing collateral
  • Translate Technical & Regulatory Complexity by partnering with Tax SMEs, PMs, and Engineering to develop a deep fluency in our platform. You will translate "inputs" (APIs, regulatory updates, data schemas) into clear "outputs" (benefit-focused narratives) for diverse audiences
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to understand buyer needs, objections, and deal dynamics
  • Enable Sales and Partnerships teams with the messaging, content, and training needed to confidently position Taxbit’s platform and win in competitive enterprise sales cycles.
  • Develop deep expertise in Taxbit’s platform and global tax information reporting frameworks, including 1099 reporting, DAC8, CARF, and other emerging regulations, to effectively communicate Taxbit’s differentiated value in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Support demand generation efforts by contributing messaging, content direction, and campaign strategy aligned to priority segments and use cases

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a product marketing role within a highly complex, fast growing B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex and technical and regulatory concepts
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to develop differentiated messaging and content in a highly complex space
  • Demonstrated success influencing pipeline and revenue through product marketing and go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement best practices
  • Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with revenue and GTM leadership
  • Self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in fintech, compliance, or similarly complex and regulated industries strongly preferred

The base salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
