This role will require being full-time onsite at our Palo Alto office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy across BitGo’s platform. This role will work across multiple product lines, including custody, wallets, APIs, and emerging retail and mobile experiences, helping define how we bring products to market and scale adoption.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Design, ensuring our products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and widely adopted.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for key BitGo products and features
  • Develop deep understanding of customer segments across institutional and retail audiences
  • Build buyer personas, use cases, and competitive positioning to differentiate BitGo in the market

Product & Launch Execution

  • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities and bring new features to market
  • Lead product launches end-to-end, including internal alignment, messaging, and external campaigns
  • Own release communications and ensure adoption across existing and new clients

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales collateral including decks, product guides, demos, and customer-facing materials
  • Enable Sales and BD teams with the messaging and tools needed to close deals
  • Gather insights from Sales to continuously refine positioning and improve conversion rates

Marketing & Growth

  • Collaborate with content, growth, and PR teams to drive demand and awareness
  • Support campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth initiatives
  • Help shape BitGo’s narrative across channels including web, email, and events

Retail & Mobile (Emerging Focus)

  • Support GTM efforts for BitGo’s retail and mobile platform initiatives
  • Help translate institutional-grade infrastructure into intuitive, user-friendly messaging for retail audiences
  • Partner with product and design teams to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention
Requirements:
  • 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, startup, or financial services
  • Strong ability to translate technical products into clear customer value propositions
  • Experience launching products and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design
  • Familiarity with both institutional and retail user journeys is a plus
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $130,000 and $150,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits outlined above are also part of this role’s package.
