About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Team
Marketing at Snorkel is growing rapidly and anchored by high-ownership operators who lead independently, align cross-functionally, and consistently deliver outsized results. We partner across Sales, Product, Research, and the executive team to translate complex AI and data value into differentiated positioning, integrated programs, and field-ready enablement that accelerates growth. The culture is high standards, high autonomy, and high collaboration.

About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will execute launches, enablement, and campaigns for Snorkel’s core product and offering initiatives. You will partner closely with technical, research, and field leaders to turn new offerings into clear positioning, repeatable sales plays, and high-quality GTM programs. You will keep our core asset library - battlecards, one-pagers, decks, and product narratives - sharp against a fast-moving market, and bring competitive and customer insight into every motion. This is a hands-on role for a product marketer who wants to ship high-quality work end-to-end at the speed of an AI-native company.

About You
You are a product marketer with 5-8+ years of experience, including 2+ years on AI-native products, and a track record of delivering launches, enablement, and campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact. You communicate complex technical value with clarity, partner credibly with research and engineering leaders, and use market and competitive insight to sharpen positioning and prioritize where to invest. You operate at startup speed without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • GTM execution: Execute new product and offering launches end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through asset development, enablement, and post-launch iteration, in close partnership with Product, Research, and Sales.
  • Sales enablement: Build and maintain the core enablement portfolio (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, demo narratives) as a single source of truth, and develop repeatable sales plays tailored by ICP, persona, and use case.
  • Campaign & ABM partnership: Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and ABM programs targeting priority accounts. Drive continuous iteration based on pipeline signal and ensure product narrative is integrated end-to-end across channels.
  • Competitive & market intelligence: Own competitive intelligence as a continuous function: maintain sales assets, track competitor moves, and surface insights that shape positioning, roadmap input, and field strategy.
  • Customer marketing & narrative: Develop high-impact customer narratives, product release communications, and content supporting strategic partnership and co-marketing initiatives.
  • GTM operations: Own and manage the intake process for GTM and field requests, prioritize against revenue impact, and ensure the right asset, message, or play reaches the right audience with quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Years of experience: 5-8+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or related fields, including 2+ years focused on AI-native products.
  • Messaging & positioning: Deep expertise defining differentiated positioning and compelling product narratives, and integrating them into high-impact marketing across the funnel.
  • Technical communication: A seasoned communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences into high-impact storytelling.
  • Execution excellence: Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and consistency across multiple workstreams while operating at the speed of an AI-native, high-growth environment.
  • Enablement: Proven success building sales plays and enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, decks) in B2B startup or scale-up environments.
  • Campaign & ABM: Hands-on experience contributing to integrated campaigns and ABM programs in close partnership with demand gen.
  • Competitive intelligence: Track record of running a competitive intel function: sourcing signal, synthesizing insights, and arming the field with materials that win deals.
  • Data-driven: Analytical product marketer who combines 0-to-1 launch leadership with a disciplined approach to tracking KPIs and performance metrics.

Bonus Points For

  • AI/ML expertise: Solid working understanding of AI technologies, generative AI, and frontier model development, with genuine enthusiasm for the space.
  • Location: Based in or near San Francisco.
  • AI fluency in your craft: Experience leveraging AI to augment your own work, with a high bar for taste.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
