Who We Are

We are a stealth mode startup building foundational technology to address performance, scalability, and resiliency challenges in large scale AI data center clusters. We are backed by top tier VC firms and notable angel investors. The company is led by experienced builders and operators who have founded companies, taken them to scale, and exited successfully. We work with a strong sense of unity and shared responsibility, and we expect trust, integrity, and respect in how we collaborate and make decisions. We hold ourselves accountable to one another and to the quality of the work we deliver. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, we operate across a mix of remote and on site locations in the U.S. and Canada. We aim to create an environment where people are treated fairly, supported in their growth, and are empowered to do meaningful work alongside others who take the craft seriously.

The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the bridge between our deeply technical products and the customers, developers, and decision‑makers who need to understand their value. With early-access customer deployments underway, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define how the world hears about Delos. You'll shape Delos Data's positioning from the ground up, craft the messaging behind our launch moments, and build the content engine that fuels our go‑to‑market efforts. This is a rare opportunity to define a category narrative for inference‑first AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and own the end‑to‑end product marketing strategy for Delos Data's Nonstop AI™ product portfolio, including positioning, segmentation, and competitive differentiation

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research across the AI infrastructure landscape to inform product direction and go‑to‑market planning

  • Partner with founders, product, and sales to plan launch milestones, industry event presence (e.g., NVIDIA GTC, Computex, OCP Global Summit), and analyst engagement

  • Define and track success metrics for marketing initiatives, iterating based on data and customer feedback

Messaging

  • Create the core messaging framework for Delos Data’s Nonstop AI™: value propositions, narrative pillars, and proof points tailored to technical and executive audiences

  • Translate complex interconnect, cluster architecture, and inference performance concepts into clear, compelling language for buyers, developers, analysts, and press

  • Ensure messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints, from sales conversations to public channels

  • Develop persona‑specific messaging for infrastructure leaders at hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI labs and enterprises scaling inference

Product Collateral

  • Create high‑impact sales and marketing collateral: pitch decks, one‑pagers, solution briefs, datasheets, case studies, and battle cards for Nonstop AI™ products

  • Build technical content such as white papers, benchmark reports, and architecture overviews in collaboration with engineering

  • Develop sales enablement materials and train go‑to‑market teams on positioning and competitive responses

  • Maintain a collateral library that scales with the company's growth and product roadmap

Website & Media Content

  • Lead content development for the Delos Data website, including product pages, launch announcements, and the company blog

  • Produce content for media and analyst engagement: press materials, briefing decks, contributed articles, and thought leadership

  • Plan and develop content for digital channels social media, newsletters, webinars, and video to build awareness as we scale our public presence

  • Collaborate with design and external agencies to ensure all content reflects a polished, credible brand

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B infrastructure, semiconductors, networking, developer tools, cloud, or AI/ML

  • Proven ability to translate technical products into clear, differentiated messaging

  • Experience launching products or companies, bonus points for taking a company out of stealth

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across formats, from a social post to a white paper

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment

  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with product, engineering, sales, and leadership

  • Familiarity with the AI infrastructure ecosystem (GPUs, interconnects/networking, inference and training workloads, data center infrastructure) strongly preferred

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to define product marketing from a blank slate at a category‑defining company

  • Competitive salary and meaningful early‑stage equity

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus FSA and retirement benefits

  • Hybrid work from our Palo Alto headquarters and a culture that values ownership and craft

  • A front‑row seat and a leading role in bringing inference‑first AI infrastructure to market

Submit your resume with 1–2 samples of marketing content you've created (messaging docs, launch materials, blog posts, or collateral). We review every application and respond quickly.

Target base salary for this role is $140,000–$200,000 per year + meaningful equity + benefits + 401k. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, experience, and location.
