Job Summary

As Product Movement Lead you are responsible for supervising the daily activities, completeness, accuracy and proper procedure of movements functions of the Product Movement staff. Evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those replenishment needs. Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve inaccuracies.

As a Kiva Replenishment Lead, you’ll…

  • Work closely with receiving lead in the hand off transition of received inventory to the replenishment team.
  • Responsible for successfully allocating received inventory into pickable or backstock locations.
  • Successfully assigning a new product to a pickable & backstock location. 
  • Monitor Replenishment report to identify replenishment needs. 
  • Ownership of daily strategy behind successfully coordinating staff on replenishing pickable location according to fulfillment and forecasted needs.
  • Identify and Solve inventory discrepancies within pickable and backstock locations.
  • Ensure replenishment staff successfully and in a timely manner completes Order Fulfillment needs for products inventory. 
  • Train new members in inventory replenishment on responsibilities and tasks.
  • Emphasize proper procedures and monitor staff performance.
  • Assist in Monthly cycle counts.

What we’re looking for…

  • Qualifications include:
  • 2 years experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.
  • Someone with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS software
  • Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
  • Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
  • Forklift certified
