The Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of our product development and launch processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage various internal projects from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communication.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes, driving efficiency and scalability.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including internal process documentation, project plans, status updates, and release notes, to ensure clear communication and accountability.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables, escalating issues as needed.

  • Tool Management: Administer and own the product management tech stack. Maintain and create new workflows in the tools in a way that works for the team. Work with the associated external vendors for these tools to understand best practices to get the most out of the tool, and manage the contracts.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual agreements.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on product development processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.

  • Compliance: Ensure that internal tools and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment.

  • Proven track record of implementing AI workflows and solutions for the product team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

  • Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and compliance processes is a plus.
