About This Role:
As a Product Operations Senior Associate, you’ll help run and scale the Product Ops function. This includes owning key initiatives, supporting junior team members, and identifying new ways Product Ops can improve product quality and customer experience.

This role is best suited for someone who is operationally strong, customer-focused, and excels at working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own the operational playbook for 0→1 product builds by program managing MVPs, manually operating products, and turning learnings into rapid feedback.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members across day-to-day execution, project delivery, and scoping new initiatives (with potential direct reports)
  • Champion critical product and operational metrics; build programs to track and improve them
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across product pods by identifying gaps, influencing prioritization, and driving cross-functional solutions
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate feedback into actionable product insights

Expertise and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in Product Operations at a B2C tech company or startup (consulting backgrounds welcome); 1 to 2 years of people management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term product direction
  • Ability to define ambiguous problem spaces, structure them clearly, and rally cross-functional teams to drive solutions
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve product issues in a fast-paced environment
Base Range
$140,000$170,000 USD
