We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with experience supporting auto-dialer and outbound campaign management solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading product and delivery efforts independently while partnering closely with an Agile Scrum team and coordinating work across multiple business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can translate business needs into actionable requirements, effectively manage a product backlog, and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation and production support.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Product Owner for auto-dialer and campaign management capabilities, providing day-to-day ownership and direction for assigned initiatives.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders, including Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and Technology teams, to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure seamless campaign operations.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA resources to develop and execute testing strategies and confirm that delivered functionality meets defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including test preparation, execution, issue resolution, and business sign-off.
  • Provide support for production incidents and defects, helping assess business impact, establish priorities, coordinate resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and potential impacts across teams and proactively drive issues to resolution.
  • Develop clear, professional presentation decks and supporting documentation to communicate new functionality, enhancements, process changes, results, and key decisions to business partners and leadership.
  • Use data and analytics to tell a compelling story, identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and support recommendations and prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain strong communication across business and technical teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with auto-dialer, outbound calling, contact center, or campaign management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, including backlog management, user story development, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Proven ability to independently lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating QA testing and business UAT.
  • Ability to effectively partner with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into a clear business narrative.
  • Ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the Acqueon dialer platform.
  • Experience with Twilio or related communications platforms.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting large-scale contact center, member/customer outreach, or sales campaign operations.
