Optum Bank as a Product Owner, where you will play a pivotal role in building intuitive and seamless financial services experiences. By integrating customer-centric design principles with industry-leading financial services best practices, you will support both consumers and providers throughout the healthcare landscape. - Define features, requirements, and leverage agile product management principles as you create financial products and offerings that are simple, intuitive, and meet complex healthcare financial services needs
- Work with a broad matrix of stakeholders including, treasury, finance, credit, underwriters, engineering, and other business stakeholders through ideation, specification, design, test, launch, and deployment
- Provide input to partners and stakeholders on projects and planning activities such as impact identification, defining prioritization, efforts required and developing solutions
- Capture requirements, prioritize features, support UAT activities, and oversee delivery of functionalities and products roadmap
- Manage external vendors and associated delivery of enhancements, backlog and defects
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in core banking platforms, transaction processing (e.g. ACH, wires, debit card) and banking regulations
- 3+ years product ownership experience, with advanced understanding of agile product development methodologies
- 3+ years of experience with financial services products, applications, and banking systems
- 3+ years of experience with SLDC tools such as aha, Jira, confluence
- 3+ years of experience in applications systems with a high proficiency in product requirements gathering and documentation
- Knowledge and experience with technical solutions (Batch Processes, APIs, Kafka Events)
- Proven ability to organize a backlog of clearly defined user stories that are effectively prioritized to meet targeted delivery dates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Web/Portal projects. (Experience creating Wireframe)
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Experience in Quality Assurance, UAT Testing
