The product development team is seeking an experienced technology professional for the role of Product Program Manager. Our team takes pride in building a wide range of products — Data center related products, Jetson devices, industrial PCs, robotics platforms, automotive, consumer electronics, GPU cards, and more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of these key next-generation products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles

  • Drive priorities to ensure products are achieving schedule and milestone targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles

  • Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues

  • Communicate product status to internal (including executive) teams

What we need to see:

  • BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience

  • Hands on experience with hardware product development

  • Strong project/program/product management fundamentals.

  • Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving

  • Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities!

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • 5+ years track record successfully delivering products from concept through launch is a plus!

  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design.

  • Master’s degree in engineering or business field

  • PM Certification/training

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
