Position Summary

As a member of the Cohesity Partner Programs team, you will drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of the Cohesity partner program — ensuring partners understand the full scope of program benefits, requirements, and opportunities available to them and take action on them.

You will take program decisions made by the Programs team and carry them forward — producing partner-facing content, coordinating launches, and building the experiences that bring the program to life across all tiers and incentives. You will work in close coordination with the Partner Programs execution function and manage third-party vendors when additional capacity is needed.

We are looking for a clear communicator and organized executor who brings a partner-first perspective to everything they produce and measures success by what partners do, not just what gets published.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partner-facing content across the full partner program — launches, incentive introductions, requirement changes, and ongoing program updates.
  • Build and maintain the partner portal program presence — overviews, tier pages, incentive and benefit guides, and resource libraries.
  • Produce partner-facing enablement content including sales plays, how-to guides, and program reference materials that connect partners to program benefits and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute content and communications for partner-facing events including executive briefings, quarterly bootcamps, and monthly webinars.
  • Manage third-party content and production vendors as needed to support program delivery timelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program awareness, adoption, and engagement metrics for the Programs Lead and key stakeholders.

●      Maintain the partner program taxonomy and messaging architecture — establishing and evolving consistent terminology, language, and positioning used across all program content and communications.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, go-to-market execution, or partner-facing content roles in a B2B technology company.
  • Strong writer — able to simplify complex program information into clear, concise partner communications.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against a content calendar.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Experience working with or alongside a channel partner program — reseller, VAR, system integrator, or distributor model.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content drafting and apply judgment to refine output.

Preferred

  • Experience at a cybersecurity, data management, or enterprise infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with partner incentive structures such as SPIF, rebates, deal registration, or MDF/PDF programs.
  • Experience with partner portal platforms such as Alliances, Impartner, or Salesforce PRM.
  • Experience supporting partner-facing events such as EBC sessions, bootcamps, or webinars.
