Scope:

A Graphics Production Supervisor (PCB Experience Required) provides leadership and supervision to hourly employees for all 3 shifts.  Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all operational functions meet or exceed the company objectives. The production supervisor will be responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency throughout the graphics process area. supervisor is to collaborate and coordinate closely with leadership, engineering, quality, production control, and plant management to ensure all aspects of manufacturing are aligned for team success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations for the graphics process area.
  • Process development, training, coaching and optimization for graphics process.
  • Lead the team planning, scheduling, development, and executing graphics process daily operations.
  • Other duties: Maintain required staff force, hire, use progressive discipline, issue instructions, monitor effectiveness and document performance related task.
  • Ability to run or have a high understanding all the equipment in the department along with starting up and shutting down the area.
  • Analyze and improve existing process to enhance productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Analyze defects, problems, and abnormalities.
  • Support the maintenance of equipment, calibration for optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure PCB products meet specified standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Work, report and communicate regularly with other departments, upper management, engineering, quality, production control to ensure seamless operation.
  • Constant awareness of machine utilizations and quality coming in, during and after processing
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health related to handling and disposal of chemicals.
  • Compliance with safety regulations and company policies and work practices (PPE, MSDS, Quality Alerts). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. 

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and communication skills, ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Understand technology associated with manufacturing advanced technology circuit boards.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical statements and written instructions.
  • Ability to convey clear statements of instructions to assigned personnel.
  • General understanding of Windows operating systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a PCB industry required. #LI-EC1

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$78,850 - $131,417

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
