Join Us in Building the Future of Home Robotics

At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time.

We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of our growth. If you are ready to apply your skills to the forefront of robotics innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Production Support Associate (1-year contract) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in our production lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity through precise materials kitting, inventory management, and floor optimization. This is a 1-year contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Additive Manufacturing Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet; including part extraction, build plate restoration, and hardware resets to maintain a 24/7 production cadence.

  • Post-Processing: Perform precision cleaning and surface finishing on robotic components to prepare them for integration.

  • Hardware Quality Control (QC): Execute rigorous incoming and post-production inspections. You will be the "first and last line of defense" to ensure parts and assemblies meet the standards.

  • Strategic Kitting & Inventory: Orchestrate the organization of assembly kits; ensuring mechanical engineers and technicians have the exact sub-assemblies needed for rapid iterations.

  • Equipment Lifecycle & Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to eliminate unplanned downtime.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of critical parts and consumables.

What You'll Bring

  • Rapid Technical Adaptation: Proven ability to quickly master new technologies, software interfaces, and evolving production workflows in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects during quality inspections and follow complex SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

  • Mechanical Skills: Comfortable using basic hand tools for machine maintenance and part post-processing.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials, including lifting and moving production components.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to track inventory, manage "kitting" lists, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

At Sunday Robotics, we’re building technology shaped by real people — curious, creative, and diverse. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups often hold back unless they meet 100% of the criteria — we don’t want that to be the reason we miss out on great talent.
