Job Summary:

Drata is hiring an AI Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and scaling of AI-powered workflows across our Revenue Marketing organization. This is a hands-on builder role: you'll identify where AI can eliminate manual work and increase campaign velocity, design and prototype the solutions yourself, drive adoption across teams, and measure the results.

You'll partner closely with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Data to turn high-friction workflows into scalable, AI-powered systems.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities Audit Revenue Marketing workflows to surface high-impact areas where AI and automation can reduce manual work — campaign builds, asset routing, email personalization, QA, reporting — and build a roadmap of initiatives with clear business cases and success criteria.

  • Design, build, and ship Design end-to-end workflows from intake to execution to reporting. Prototype agents and automations using LLM frameworks and low-code platforms, validate them with real users, and own the transition into ongoing operations.

  • Drive adoption and enablement Run training sessions, office hours, and 1:1 enablement so non-technical marketers can confidently use what you build. Document everything — playbooks, SOPs, change logs — so solutions scale beyond you. Lead change management across teams with varying levels of AI familiarity.

  • Measure and optimize Define KPIs for every initiative — hours saved, cycle-time reduction, campaign velocity, error rate, incremental pipeline — and report on them regularly. Partner with Data and RevOps to instrument tracking and surface performance insights.

  • Govern responsibly Work with Security, Legal, and IT to ensure AI use across marketing is compliant, brand-safe, and aligned with data privacy requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or technical program management in B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to GTM systems and data flows (MAP, CRM, analytics, experimentation).

  • Hands-on AI and automation experience: You have designed, built, and deployed AI-powered workflows or agents in a live GTM environment within the last 18 months. This means solutions that ran in production, were used by real teams, and produced measurable results. Project or prototype experience alone does not meet this requirement.

  • Technical proficiency: You are comfortable working independently with LLM frameworks (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI), low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n), prompt design, and integrating AI tools into existing marketing stacks — without requiring engineering support to prototype. You have sufficient Python proficiency to read, modify, and debug scripts, API calls, and data transformations; you don't need to write production code from scratch, but you are not blocked by code.

  • Deep MAP and CRM fluency: You have worked inside a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent) and CRM (Salesforce preferred) at a level where you understand data flows, routing logic, and integration dependencies.

  • Proven change management: You have successfully enabled non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools or workflows. You can speak to specific situations where you drove adoption across teams with different learning curves and levels of resistance.

  • Strong communication: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-oriented language for both executive and practitioner audiences. You can also translate vague marketing pain points into precise workflow specifications.

  • Program management: You have a track record of scoping, prioritizing, and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agentic orchestration platforms or AI-native marketing tools

  • Direct experience running campaigns across email, paid, events, and web

  • Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or adjacent enterprise B2B categories

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment where AI and automation were central to GTM execution
