The Program Manager – Agentic AI Platform will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of large-scale Agentic AI initiatives from concept to production. This role requires a unique blend of program leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of AI-powered platforms to ensure alignment between business objectives, product vision, and engineering execution.

You will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, Design, and Customer Success teams. The role demands strong experience in coordinating complex technology programs, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful rollout of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Strategic Planning: Define program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and governance structures to support the successful execution of AI initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal leadership and customer stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Delivery Governance: Establish delivery processes, operating rhythms, status reporting, and executive reviews to ensure transparency and accountability.

Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify program risks, manage inter-team dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Customer Engagement: Support customer workshops, planning sessions, and strategic discussions to align AI solutions with business objectives and adoption goals.

Resource Planning: Coordinate resources across teams and ensure appropriate allocation to support program priorities and delivery commitments.

AI Platform Enablement: Work closely with technical teams to understand Agentic AI capabilities, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and platform evolution, enabling informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and delivery streams.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Experience managing programs involving product development, software engineering, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies, program planning, roadmap management, and release governance.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts including RAG, LLMs, agent orchestration, vector databases, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving business and technology priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or Data Platform programs in enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing programs involving multi-agent workflows, enterprise AI adoption, and automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 135,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
