The role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CTPO and partners closely with the Executive Assistant and R&D VPs.

You Will

  • Run point on cross-functional R&D programs (e.g., adoption initiatives, organizational health programs), including operating cadence, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operating mechanisms that give the CTPO and VP staff a clear view of progress against commitments.
  • Maintain investment, event, and initiative trackers (e.g., BTL investments, partner events, POC tracking) to support cross-team prioritization and decision-making.

Operational Support

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and EA to coordinate VP staff meetings, offsites, and planning cycles, including pre-reads, materials, and decision capture.

  • Coordinate interview panels and hiring logistics for senior R&D roles, including scheduling, prep materials, and debrief facilitation.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects spanning R&D leadership priorities, ranging from research and analysis to event logistics to communications drafting.

Executive Programs

  • Coordinate and produce R&D All Hands and company All Hands sessions in partnership with the CTPO, EA, and R&D leadership — including agenda development, speaker prep, content creation, run-of-show, and follow-up communications.
  • Develop content for external and internal events where the CTPO is a featured speaker, including talking points, presentation materials, briefing documents, and pre-event research on audiences and topics.
You Are/Have
  • 2-4 years of experience in program management, chief of staff, business operations, or a comparable cross-functional role, ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel and drive them to closure with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting executive-facing content (memos, decks, talking points).
  • Comfort working directly with senior leaders and across functions; able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in standard productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, project tracking platforms).

Preferred

  • Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to accelerate program management, communications, and analysis work.
  • Prior experience supporting an R&D, engineering, or product organization.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, operating cadences, and executive planning processes.
