Balancing these factors is an enormous challenge. This Program Manager, Research must rapidly make excellent judgment calls balancing these constraints. These judgment calls - to start up a new direction, to wind down an existing direction, to change the nature of a deliverable - are high stakes and will require adroit negotiation with stakeholders.
The Program Manager, Research works closely with the VP of Engineering, VP of Research, and the CEO.
