Zipline is hiring a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to build and scale the systems that power how we hire. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can operate at both the strategic and executional level. You won’t just improve recruiting processes, you’ll define them. You’ll partner with Recruiting, People, Finance, and leadership to build a world-class, data-driven hiring engine.
What You'll Do Recruiting Programs & Infrastructure- Own and improve Greenhouse configuration, workflows, and usability
- Maintain offer templates in Greenhouse
- Develop and maintain a centralized Recruitment Handbook
- Identify gaps and drive improvements across the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Oversee Recruiting Coordination
- Design and help deliver hiring manager training (interviewing, structured hiring, best practices)
- Create scalable resources to improve interview quality and consistency
- Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring roles
- Build and streamline the headcount approval process
- Align recruiting efforts with business priorities and budget
- Support definition and rollout of leveling frameworks and career ladders
- Help implement standardized compensation ranges
- Ensure offer processes are consistent, equitable, and efficient
- Build and improve the employee referral program
- Enhance candidate experience through better processes and communication
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting
- Track and improve key metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, etc.)
- Provide insights to support data-driven hiring decisions
- At least 5–7 years experience in program management, recruiting ops, or people ops
- Experience working with ATS tools like Greenhouse
- Solid stakeholder management and project execution skills
