At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

The Role
This role sits on the Program Management team inside Marketing Operations and Production (MO&P) -  the group turning Netflix Marketing's technology, AI and data ambitions into working practice, not just strategy. MO&P manages the operational architecture of marketing; the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that make ambitious campaigns possible, and delivers them, at scale, across every market.

You'll partner directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to take emerging technology from possible to adopted, with real visibility and influence into how Marketing operates at global scale.

Netflix culture provides high agency, autonomy, high talent density, very bottoms-up thinking, and super quick experiments and launching. This role is built for someone who wants to shape how work gets done, not just execute against someone else's playbook.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Change Management

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to identify and prioritize tooling and workflow improvements that simplify complex processes globally.
  • Author business cases & requirements, program charters/briefs, to translate business needs into actionable programs.
  • Define scope and work breakdown structures for programs, with clear resource coordination across cross functional teams.
  • Strategize and implement change management plans for new products or operational processes, partnering with global teams and key stakeholders to minimize operational friction.
  • Craft stakeholder communications, contribute to best-practices documentation, and directly address challenges that emerge during rollout.
  • Activate and lead change across complex and matrixed organizations.

Technology

  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to define and deliver new tooling and data solutions for Marketing. Collaborate on build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Coordinate end-to-end rollout of new technology and features via implementation plans, change management, and adoption tracking across Global Marketing.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to connect the dots across roadmaps; bundling related feature delivery and reducing silos in service of shared architecture.
  • Think in systems - connect dependencies across tools, workflows, and teams to spot downstream impacts before they become blockers.
  • Surface technical risks, dependencies, and workflow impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage vendor and third-party tool relationships, including onboarding and contract renewal.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate your own work, and champion new AI-driven ways of operating across Marketing workflows.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Facilitate communication and drive alignment with team leads and managers on program priorities, roadmap, and execution status.
  • Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions with product, engineering, and stakeholders on feature requests and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with product and customer success to build and run an engagement model;  feedback loops, best practices, and shared workflows.
  • Surface conflicts and misalignment early, bringing them to the right owners before they become setbacks.

Qualifications:
Experience & Track Record

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, driving cross-functional programs from scoping through execution.
  • Experience writing business use cases, requirements, or lightweight BRDs to translate business needs into actionable scope.
  • Knowledge of the product development workflow strongly preferred, project management, user acceptance testing, and workflow documentation development.
  • Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement, including defining KPIs and success metrics for hypotheses, new workflows and features.
  • Experience leading change management and rollout plans for new tools, products, or processes across cross-functional or matrixed teams.

Interpersonal & Influence Skills

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain, and build shared understanding of new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows.
  • Ability to manage and operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various stages.

Tools & Technical Depth

  • Working technical fluency: comfortable with systems and workflow architecture, evaluating and managing first- and third-party technology solutions, including vendor onboarding and contract renewal, and holding informed conversations about data pipelines, integrations, and technical trade-offs with engineering partners.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) to improve the speed and quality of your own work.
  • AI awareness and judgment to identify where AI can improve workflows across the Global Marketing team.
  • Ability to identify technical and integration risk early, and to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Endlessly curious – always exploring how things work today and what's possible next.
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity and bridging marketing and technical teams.
  • Growth-minded – energized by new challenges.
  • A natural pattern-spotter who eliminates redundancies and inefficiencies to unlock scale.
  • Already using LLMs to boost your own productivity, insights, and capabilities.
