Our Digital Consulting team helps some of the world's leading manufacturers transform product development and regulatory processes through Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, global enterprise implementation programs. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering complex Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementations while building trusted executive relationships and driving exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex enterprise Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for global clients, leading governance meetings, steering committees, and strategic communications.
  • Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
  • Direct cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Consultants, Technical Leads, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Champion PMO best practices, mentoring project managers and driving continuous improvement across the consulting organization.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects within consulting or professional services.
  • 5+ years managing complex enterprise programs with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience delivering Oracle PLM implementations or comparable enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and program governance.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
