Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help drive operational excellence at our Fresno, CA facility. This role will lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the day-to-day execution of key programs across Tech, Receiving, Repair, and more.

The role is based onsite in Fresno and may require up to 50% travel during peak periods.

What you’ll do
  • Special Projects
    • Own special projects end to end — from scoping and planning through execution, measurement, and handoff to the teams who will run them long-term.
    • Build project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned as work progresses.
    • Spearhead facility-level initiatives such as layout changes, new program launches, equipment rollouts, and expansion projects.
    • Anticipate risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution before they impact timelines or operations.
  • Improvement Initiatives
    • Identify inefficiencies across the facility and design improvement initiatives that lift throughput, quality, and safety.
    • Partner with program leads to map current processes, find the gaps, and implement better ways of working.
    • Standardize and document what works — building playbooks, SOPs, and training materials so improvements stick long after the project ends.
    • Measure the impact of every initiative against baseline performance and report results to facility leadership.
  • Program Operations
    • Assist in running the facility’s core programs — Tech, Receiving, Repair, and others — stepping in to keep daily operations moving.
    • Support program leads with staffing plans, workflow balancing, and daily production goals.
    • Serve as a utility leader who can flex across programs during peak periods, absences, or surges in volume.
    • Help onboard and train team members on program processes and standards.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Track program and project performance through KPIs and dashboards; surface insights and recommend actions.
    • Communicate progress, wins, and risks clearly to facility leadership and company stakeholders.
    • Travel to other facilities and partner sites — up to 50% during peak periods — to support projects, launches, and best-practice sharing.
    • Champion consistency across the network by importing what works elsewhere and exporting what works in Fresno.
What we are looking for
  • Experience & Skills
    • 3+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management — ideally within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or a similarly fast-paced operational environment.
    • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, on time and on target.
    • Experience driving process-improvement initiatives; familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without letting details slip.
    • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to prioritize work, measure impact, and make the case for change.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align hourly teams, program leads, and senior leadership alike.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365; experience with project-management and inventory tools is a plus.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% during peak periods.
Who you are
  • You take full ownership — when something is your responsibility, it gets done thoroughly and on time.
  • You’re a builder — you see process gaps and proactively design systems to close them.
  • You’re equally at home on the warehouse floor solving problems and at the desk building the plan.
  • You lead through influence — earning trust across teams even when they don’t report to you.
  • You thrive in ambiguity — a loosely defined problem is all the direction you need to get moving.
  • You move fast without sacrificing accuracy, and you know when each matters most.
  • You think commercially — every project you take on is grounded in what drives throughput, quality, and cost.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. The base range for the role is expected to be between $90,000-120,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
