About Gantri

Gantri is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing design manufacturers in the world. We pioneered the use of digital manufacturing and plant-based polymers to create high-quality, sustainable lighting products onshore and on-demand. As the most awarded design manufacturer in America, we operate the world’s largest 3D print farm right here in the Bay Area.

Role

We're looking for a Program Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to some of Gantri's most important cross-functional initiatives. You'll own the coordination and execution of complex projects spanning external B2B partnerships, factory expansion, and new product development—ensuring teams stay aligned, milestones are met, and projects move forward without unnecessary friction.

Your primary focus will be Gantri Made, our manufacturing-as-a-service offering that brings partner products to life through Gantri's digital manufacturing capabilities. You'll take ownership of projects from signed contract through delivery, serving as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal teams. Working closely with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and company leadership, you'll manage project plans, align resources, resolve blockers, and ensure partners have the communication and visibility they need throughout execution.

Beyond partner projects, you'll help drive major company-wide initiatives, including factory expansion and Wireless product development. Across all of these efforts, you'll establish clear ownership, enforce disciplined project management processes, and create the visibility needed for anyone on the team to understand project status, upcoming milestones, and outstanding decisions.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive program manager who thrives in a startup environment, can confidently manage stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership, and knows how to create accountability without slowing teams down. You'll bring the rigor to keep complex programs on track and the judgment to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing demands.

What You'll Do

  • Own Gantri Made program execution: Take projects from signed contracts through delivery, coordinating timelines, requirements, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain project plans: Define milestones, dependencies, owners, deadlines, and critical paths, ensuring stakeholders have a clear and accurate view of project status at all times.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability: Coordinate teams across Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, and other functions to keep work moving, follow up on commitments, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Manage external partner relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B partners, leading meetings, communicating progress, managing expectations, and ensuring partner needs are addressed throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate contracts and project requirements: Support contract execution, redlining, specifications, and project scoping, partnering with leadership and subject matter experts to resolve open questions and align on deliverables.
  • Drive factory expansion initiatives: Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage vendor communications, track dependencies, and ensure vendors receive timely input and decisions from internal stakeholders.
  • Support Wireless and other strategic initiatives: Partner with project leads to establish plans, coordinate resources, and unblock execution as priorities and business needs evolve.
  • Establish and enforce operating processes: Maintain project management systems, documentation, and communication cadences that create consistency, visibility, and accountability across programs.
  • Manage up and across the organization: Proactively surface risks, escalate decisions, communicate trade-offs, and work directly with company leadership to keep critical initiatives on track.
  • Use data to inform decisions: Pull and analyze CRM and project data, evaluate partner economics and pricing, and support revenue and gross margin analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Continuously improve execution: Identify gaps in existing workflows, introduce practical process improvements, and build systems that help Gantri manage a growing portfolio of complex projects.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing B2B accounts, partnerships, or customer-facing projects, with a strong understanding of external stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage interdependent workstreams, and consistently drive projects toward deadlines and defined outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and executive leadership, including the ability to proactively request decisions, challenge assumptions, escalate issues, and drive accountability.
  • Strong project management discipline, including experience building project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, identifying risks, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead external partner calls, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and present project updates to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing sight of critical priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the judgment to unblock work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience working at a startup or similarly fast-moving organization, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the conviction to establish processes, reinforce expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, product development, supply chain, or other environments involving complex operational dependencies.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation management for B2B products or services.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, external service providers, or manufacturing partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools, with the ability to use data to assess project performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing revenue, pricing, unit economics, or gross margins to support commercial decisions.
  • Experience managing programs that span commercial, technical, and operational teams.
  • Experience building or improving project management processes within a growing organization.

Why Gantri?

  • Be part of a company reimagining how design meets manufacturing.
  • Own high-impact programs that connect customer partnerships, product innovation, and manufacturing operations.
  • Work directly with company leadership and cross-functional teams on strategically important initiatives.
  • Help scale the processes and systems behind a rapidly growing digital manufacturing business.
  • Advance sustainable design through innovative, on-demand production.
  • Work in a fast-growing, design-driven environment where you can have a tangible impact on how the company operates.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity options.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Professional development opportunities and learning stipend.
  • Collaborative, creative, and sustainability-focused work environment.
  • Access to Gantri-designed products and innovation initiatives.
