Job Description

  

Lead complex programs that drive innovation. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets, including aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare. If you’re a strategic leader with strong program management expertise, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
  • Manage programs from order entry through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and quality
  • Coordinate activities across departments to meet customer requirements and resolve conflicts
  • Develop and implement schedules, budgets, and resource plans for multiple projects
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and create recovery plans to meet objectives
  • Interface with customers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and present project status reports, budget recommendations, and technical updates
  • Support new business proposals and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff to achieve operational goals
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience in program/project management (required)
  • PMP certification (advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project; ERP/MRP experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and government regulations
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

Salary Range:

$113,600.00-$151,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
