Program Manager, Software Implementation (Insurance SaaS, Delivery Leadership) Drive Complex Programs to Outcome

Location: Remote US or Canada

About the Role — Own Delivery for High-Impact Software Programs

This role is about execution.

We are looking for a Program Manager who has led complex software implementations and knows how to drive programs to completion in real-world environments—not just manage timelines. You will lead large-scale software delivery programs for insurance customers, working across Majesco and client teams to ensure outcomes are met—on scope, on schedule, and aligned to business goals. Your impact will be measured by delivery performance, program health, and your ability to identify and solve problems before they slow the business down.

What You Will Do — Drive Delivery, Remove Risk, Improve Performance

You will lead programs with a focus on execution, visibility, and continuous improvement:

  • Own delivery of complex software implementation programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial targets are met
  • Lead day-to-day execution across program teams, including program leads and scrum teams
  • Use delivery metrics to assess program health, identify risks, and take action early
  • Drive risks and issues to resolution, maintaining momentum across teams
  • Partner closely with the customer and internal teams to align priorities and keep delivery on track
  • Identify and implement improvements that increase delivery speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Assess team capability and coach program leads to strengthen execution
  • Create clear, executive-level updates on program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Lead internal reviews with senior leadership to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Scale best practices across programs to improve overall delivery performance

What You Bring — Proven Track Record Delivering Software at Scale

You have led complex programs and know what it takes to deliver:

  • 15 plus years of experience with at least 5 plus years leading software delivery or program management
  • Proven experience delivering SaaS or packaged software implementations in an Agile environment
  • Experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Annuity, and Health Insurance domains
  • Strong ability to use data and metrics to manage delivery performance and drive decisions
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans across complex programs
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience coaching and developing program leads or delivery teams
  • Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, matrixed environments and drive alignment across teams

Bonus Points — Experience That Strengthens Impact

  • Experience working in global delivery models or with distributed teams
  • Background improving delivery frameworks, methodologies, or operating models
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
  • Experience with financial tracking and program-level forecasting

Why Join Us — Lead Programs That Matter

  • Lead high-visibility software programs for major insurance clients
  • Work directly with executive stakeholders internally and externally
  • Drive measurable impact on delivery performance and customer outcomes
  • Help shape how we deliver at scale across the organization
