Job SummaryOur PMCM is looking to for a Project Controls Scheduling Manager!Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:
- Develop and provide schedule review training to the staff of schedulers, including baseline schedule review, schedule update review, lookahead schedule review, review report writing, float path analysis, etc.
- Manage staff of schedulers performing schedule analysis (baseline, updates, lookahead, what-if, recovery, and other schedules) and writing schedule review reports on time.
- Assist with final project schedule review report of the scheduling team.
- Coordinate the scheduling effort from preliminary design through procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Manage one (1) or more Scheduling Team Member(s).
- Manage, analyze, and monitor the schedules and reporting of contractors’ progress against the approved construction schedule.
- Prepare and distribute monthly schedule reports.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of scheduling experience, including the development of baseline and update schedules, performing schedule analysis, reviewing baseline and schedule updates, and performing delay analysis, etc.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling theory.
- Proficient with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Ability to identify, track, and complete work tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate workload with all members of the team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills while paying attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex project controls concepts.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $117,00 - $175,900 annually for this position and local market.
