SUMMARY:

The network or technology infrastructure project coordinator is responsible for supporting the JPMC Project Manager in all aspects of the deployment of the client and related network services project to the JPMC Retail Branch nationwide estate.  The role is largely administrative, involving the tracking of project deliverables including the status of the deliverables, manipulating spreadsheets, uploading spreadsheets, performing quality-assurance (data integrity checks) against data sets, coordinating with vendor and other JPMC departments and providing metrics and reporting.  The network or technology Project Coordinator will be provided with work instructions by the client Project Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Track project deliverables related to the implementation of client & network services at each branch

Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository

Manipulate spreadsheets, including those used as data input for client & network implementations

Uploading spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repository

Participate in various project meetings and as necessary, assist Project Manager by recording meeting minutes

Quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy / data integrity

Providing routine metrics and reporting

COMPETENCIES:

Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Strong knowledge of MS Office suite

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency

Ability to track a project through its lifecycle to successful deployment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and industry that is continually changing

Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates.


REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

2-4 years’ experience as a technology Project Coordinator

8-10 years’ experience using PC in business environment including MS Office


PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus

Exposure to Monday.com is a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, understand, and interpret job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with employees, customers, vendors, and other business partners, as applicable to the position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Plano TX customer office primarily (remote secondarily)
