Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support program managers in planning, tracking, and delivering project objectives across engineering, operations, and business development teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks across departments in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Tracking

Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Track task completion and deliverables across multiple projects.
Coordinate with program managers to ensure project goals are met.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, and documentation for leadership.
Maintain project files and ensure accurate records are kept.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, sales, and client teams.
Support project meetings, updates, and action items tracking.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Assist with the implementation of project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or program management support.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in defense contracting or technical project coordination.
Familiarity with government or commercial project compliance requirements.
