Project Manager, Developer Marketing

itD is seeking a Project Manager, Developer Marketing to coordinate product launches and ongoing go-to-market execution across internal teams and external agency partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and a track record of keeping complex marketing projects on schedule, aligned, and delivered to a high standard.

Employment Type:  3 Months Full-time contract
Location: Bay Area, CA(Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external agency vendors and internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, and trackers across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams.
  • Document and route feedback across review rounds, ensuring input reaches the appropriate partners and follow-up actions are completed.
  • Manage day-to-day project logistics and keep initiatives moving through review, approval, and delivery stages.
  • Monitor project status, proactively identify risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned on deadlines, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and clear single sources of truth for active initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between internal creative, marketing, developer teams, and external agency partners.
Internal Responsibilities
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.
  • Build material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience coordinating with and managing external agency vendors.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent launches with competing deadlines and reprioritizing in real time.
  • Strong experience building workback schedules, project trackers, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as task-management, case-management, or Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and written status-reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills with demonstrated ability to drive follow-through and accountability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and developer teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content and the review processes associated with it.
  • Experience with budget tracking, SOWs, and vendor/PO management.
  • Experience partnering with localization and international teams on multi-market launches.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline project management workflows and reporting.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
