The Project Manager reporting to the Manager, Project Management plays an important role in Zaelab's Delivery team, supporting project execution from kickoff through launch. You'll help lead e-commerce implementations, coordinate with offshore development teams, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Success in this role means developing your ability to balance technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Support and lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients' needs.
    • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Work alongside an offshore development team participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities as needed.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and internal team members.
    • Maintain the tools and documentation required for Zaelab's implementation projects.
    • Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Build and manage relationships with clients and team members.
    • Collaborate within the Project Management team to continuously improve solutions and processes.
    • Strive to understand the technology systems and e-commerce industry that Zaelab supports.

Requirements
      • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce or technology projects
      • Experience with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions
      • Experience with a Consulting/Professional Services company preferred
      • Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
      • Experience working with distributed or multinational teams
      • Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices
      • Technical aptitude with understanding of software development and web technologies
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
      • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools preferred
      • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
      • Interest in the technology space and willingness to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
