Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years project management experience or similar experience
- Solid communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions and then implement across organizational boundaries
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
- Excellent facilitation and relationship building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cross matrixed enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Optum and Optum's products & services
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with SmartSheet
