Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria
Plan and present projects strategically - go behind "tracking the tasks"
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners to execute project deliverables
Proactively identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates
Manage change requests and ensure proper communication and stakeholder alignment
Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 successful projects
Experience supporting business systems for HR, Sales, or Marketing
Experience with implementations of either Salesforce, or Workday, or both.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
