  • Ensure effective transition from development to production by serving as the primary engineering project liaison with the Operations group.
  • Develop and manage schedules and budgets for all prototype and pilot builds.
  • Provide key project deliverables, updates, and status reports to the wider Operations team.
  • Partner with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) buyers on material planning and procurement.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to develop and implement factory readiness plans.
  • Work with the Supply Chain team to develop and refine production costing estimates.
  • Support ongoing product sustaining activities, driving continuous improvement and issue resolution for released products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated project management leadership, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to drive tasks to timely completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development through a structured cycle.
  • Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) structures and release management.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and related processes.
