LogicMonitor is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer engagements by owning the end-to-end execution of LogicMonitor implementations—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ranging from standard implementations to complex enterprise deployments with custom components, while partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams to maximize business value. As LogicMonitor continues to innovate through Edwin AI and AI-driven operational capabilities, experience with AI technologies, generative AI, or AI-enabled business processes is considered a plus.

As the accountable owner of each project's success, you will drive execution with confidence—developing project plans, aligning stakeholders, proactively managing risks, and ensuring measurable value is delivered to both the customer and LogicMonitor. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by championing operational excellence, advancing project delivery across a dynamic and growing organization, and helping customers realize the benefits of modern observability and AI-powered operations.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Strategic Planning & Execution – Guide customers through the implementation journey by developing and managing project plans that align with customer objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.

Project Coordination & Governance – Establish project structure, facilitate collaboration across customer and internal teams, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, including interactions with executive and technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Customer Advisory – Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive guidance, facilitating decision-making, managing expectations, and helping customers navigate risks and dependencies.

Delivery Management – Coordinate and oversee project milestones, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget while identifying and addressing risks, issues, and blockers.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and a seamless customer experience.

Operational Excellence – Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices to drive greater consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
  • 2–4 years of experience managing software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology projects, preferably within a customer-facing implementation or professional services environment.

  • Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business audiences, including customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex customer environments, proactively address challenges, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

  • Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, AI-powered operational platforms, or AIOps concepts is highly desirable. Familiarity with LogicMonitor's Edwin AI capabilities and the application of AI to improve operational efficiency, observability, and customer outcomes is a plus.

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent project management certifications are preferred but not required.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$76,650$90,000 USD
