Role Overview

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll own the execution of multi-channel marketing projects from kickoff to delivery. You’ll be the operational backbone between internal teams (influencer sourcing, paid media, content) and client stakeholders – ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication are seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end marketing project timelines

  • Serve as the point of contact for client communication and updates

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time and high quality

  • Create and maintain ClickUp boards to track progress, blockers, and priorities

  • Lead weekly project stand-ups and client check-ins

  • Track performance metrics and flag optimization opportunities

  • Identify and systemize repeatable processes for scale

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing project management experience (agency background preferred)

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing (influencer, paid social, UGC)

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with creators or influencer platforms

  • Familiarity with media buying or performance creative workflows

  • Prior experience at a creative or performance marketing agency
