This position reports to:

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: CA, OR, TX, WA; Remote #Li-Remote

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Our Team Dynamics Establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing order entry, Submittals, planning, monitoring and control activities for internal execution to accomplish all project goals.

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, project financials and customer communications.

  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum 5 additional year of experience in a project management, engineering or manufacturing role; including a minimum of 3 years of project management experience working in a construction, manufacturing, or distribution, environment.

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

  • Knowledge / Experience with Electrical Distribution Equipment including Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, transformers highly preferred.

  • Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail and sense of urgency; proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization, including leading cross-cultural teams highly preferred.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
