Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to join our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects using Agile methodology. You will collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the software industry, a strong understanding of Agile practices, and a passion for driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership:
       Lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Agile Methodology:
      Apply Agile practices to manage project deliverables, sprints, and team progress. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    •  

      • Client Communication:
        Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        Work closely with internal teams (such as Engineering, QA, and Product) to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables and that the solution meets the client's requirements.
      • Risk Management:
        Proactively identify project risks and challenges, working with the team to mitigate issues and ensure the project stays on track. Develop and implement contingency plans when necessary.
      • Documentation & Reporting:
        Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and health.
      • Scope Management:
        Mange defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Manage changes in project scope and adjust project plans accordingly.
      • Continuous Improvement:
        Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and processes. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
      • Team Coordination:
        Ensure that all team members are aligned with the project goals and timeline. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure resources are effectively utilized.
      • Training & Support:
        Support delivery of training materials for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the implemented software solution.

Required Skills:

    • Experience:
      • 5+ years of experience in project management, within professional services, software implementation, or consulting in a SaaS or cloud-based solution environment.
      • Familiarity with modern implementation methodologies (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) and agile development processes.
      • Proven experience managing Agile software implementation projects using Scrum methodologies.
      • Familiarity with software implementation life cycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.
      •  

        • Technical Skills:
          • Solid understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
          • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to deliver software solutions.
          •  

            • Project Management:
              • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
              • Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
              • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively address them.
              •  

                • Leadership & Communication:
                  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
                  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
                  • Ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
                  •  

                    • Education:
                      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
                      •  

                        • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%.
