We’re looking for an Engineering Program Manager to be the glue between our product and engineering teams, orchestrating product development to ensure the highest level of efficiency, output and quality. This role will report to our VP of Engineering and will need to combine organizational skills with product, technology, and process instincts to know where potential dependencies and risks are hiding. 

What you'll do

• Create the definitive broad view of our product schedule across all engineering teams
• Manage individual assembly lines to ensure plans and schedules are in alignment
• Understand technical and product dependencies between teams and application modules
• Remove roadblocks across teams and product verticals
• Track issues, find solutions, and escalate as needed
• Create a point of view on schedule options and manage associated risks
• Relentlessly communicate between product management, engineering and quality assurance
• Practice empathy and advocate for the perspectives of various teammates in and out of meetings to support harmony and efficiency 

About you

• Around 7 years in role(s) such as technical project management, product owner, analyst or similar position
• Familiarity and appreciation for an early stage technology company 
• Experience with various software development methodologies and familiarity with their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to manage and report on major initiatives with attention to detail 
• Enough comfort / technical familiarity to trace product delivery assets across a system diagram
• Can manage up and across through building real rapport and trust 
• Prior experience in software engineering / development a plus
• A desire to own problems end to end and contribute to our greater vision of accelerating the pace of health innovation
