About the team:

As a Global Accounts Program Manager, you will be apart of an account team that supports UserTestings largest customers.

The Opportunity:

Your responsibility will be to partner with your aligned Customer Success Manager to create account-specific campaigns that drive successful adoption, retention, and growth outcomes. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Partner with your account team to identify programs, such as email communications, events, content, and training that facilitate adoption, growth, and retention outcomes. 
• Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and eLearning to execute on programs 
• Leverage digital tools like G Suite, CMS, marketing automation, BI, LMS, and customer success software deploy, manage and track programs
• Develop an evaluation strategy that measures the success and effectiveness of launched programs and make iterations based on outcome achievement 
• Continued strategic development of future programs based on account needs
• Regularly report outcomes back to your account team
• Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
• Assist your aligned CSM with running adoption and utilization reports to inform account strategy
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to prepare customer-facing content such as QBR (Quarterly Business Review) presentations, adoption email campaigns, event promotion email programs, and microsite content

Qualifications

• 5-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years experience in either a customer success, marketing, or project management role at a high paced SAAS environment
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
• Quick learner with the ability to quickly pick up new tools
• Resourceful with the ability to execute on projects with little direction or supervision
• Adaptable and able to easily pivot 
• Enjoys working in a dfast-paced ever-changing environment
• Recognizes the importance of data in both prioritizing initiatives and measuring outcomes
• Excellent time management skills
• Track record of managing projects and proactively keeping stakeholders informed
• Self-motivated & committed
• Passionate about driving customer success
