Significance, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our growing corporate team.  This position will be fully remote.
 
The Proposal Manager will be responsible for full proposal management lifecycle support to include Proposal Development & Management; Strategy & Collaboration; Content & Design; AI & Technology Integration; and Process Improvement & Knowledge Management.

Required Skills:

    •    Bachelor's degree required.
    •    3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services.
    •    Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
    •    Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.
    •    Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.
    •    Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.
    •    Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.
    •    Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.

    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.
    •    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction, adapting fluidly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
    •    A curious, growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and continuously improving processes.
    •    Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedules as needed to meet proposal deadlines, including occasional surge periods.

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
 
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
