Position Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide pre-employment psychological evaluations for candidates applying to become Federal Wildlife Officers. The examiner will assess applicants’ psychological suitability for law enforcement roles through standardized testing and virtual interviews, ultimately providing formal reports and hiring recommendations to USFWS.

Job Title: Psychological Examiner 
Location: Remote (Virtual Service Delivery)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual psychological assessments for entry-level and lateral Federal Wildlife Officer candidates.

  • Administer, interpret, and review standardized psychological tests and interviews.

  • Evaluate candidates for clinical psychopathology, emotional regulation, judgment, stress tolerance, substance abuse tendencies, and other behavioral risk indicators.

  • Identify qualified candidates likely to succeed in high-demand law enforcement environments.

  • Provide written individual psychological evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS within specified deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD).

  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of practice.

  • Experience conducting law enforcement psychological evaluations is perferred.
