Manage and enhance Nomad Internet's public image through media relations, content creation, social media management, crisis response, event coordination, stakeholder communication, brand advocacy, and PR analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
This is a remote position.
As a Public Relations Specialist at Nomad Internet, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the public image of our company. Your role will focus on creating and executing effective communication and media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services in the digital landscape.
- Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media professionals. Craft and distribute press releases, and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms including social media, company website, and press releases. Ensure content aligns with our brand's voice and image.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media profiles. Develop strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Crisis Management: Anticipate and manage public relations crises, developing strategies to protect and rehabilitate the company's public image.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage events such as press conferences, webinars, or product launches.
- Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a regular basis. Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and the media.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote the company's brand image and values consistently across all platforms.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with media professionals.
- Knowledge of the internet service industry and its current trends.
- Creativity and innovation in developing PR strategies and campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PR and analytics software.
